Monday:

Upon entering the classroom, students will receive an entry assignment covering simplifying expressions & solving proportions. Once finished, we will go over each of the questions together as a class. Next, we will begin Ch.9.1 The Pythagorean Theorem. Today’s objective is for students to be able to using the pythagorean theorem to solving sides of a triangle & identify pythagorean triples, as well as some of their multiples. Students will receive an exit ticket assessment that will be due at the end of the class period.
